Sophie Wilkinson, MPH
As a Research Analyst, Sophie focuses on creating user-friendly data interfaces to improve data accessibility. Sophie focuses on analyzing statewide disability data to help inform the creation and implementation of grantee public health programing. Sophie is also the co-founder and analyst for CoVar Research Assistance LLC, where she consults with clients about varying project needs including but not limited to manuscript editing, grant writing, data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), data cleaning, literature review development, and survey design. Data programs she has familiarity with include R, SAS, SPSS, Excel, Tableau, and NVivo. She received her Masters of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences as well as her Bachelors of Science in Neuroscience from Rutgers University.
Anna Busler, MPH
Anna Busler has extensive experience in program development and evaluation, grant writing, and data analysis across academic, nonprofit, and healthcare settings. As Co-founder and research consultant at CoVar Research Strategies, Anna leads client projects through a collaborative lens, turning ideas and data into actionable insights. Her work supports efforts to secure funding through targeted grant proposals, develop and implement evidence-based programs that address the needs of diverse populations, and advance academic knowledge within varying industries. She received her Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences and her Bachelor of Science in Public Health, from Rutgers University.
